中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的文化瑰宝，是中国人的精神家园。阅读经典，阅读中华优秀文化故事，有助于我们继承和发扬中华优秀文化传统，汲取民族精神的源头活水，陶冶道德情操，形成良好的人格品质。“家园中国·中华文化分级阅读”套系图书正是在此背景下策划开发的，主要用于中华文化的普及，带有“通识教育”色彩。主要面向汉字识字量有限的读者群体，特别是少年儿童。读者可以在自身识字能力范围内完成中华经典的阅读，从而达到传承中华文化、增强文化自信的目的。本套系按照汉字识字量分为三级：第一级为民间故事，第二级为历史故事，第三级为“四大名著”简版的文学故事。 本套系为第一级，都为民间故事，内含10册：《嫦娥奔月》《花木兰》《白蛇传》《黄粱梦》《牛郎织女》《月下老人》《梁山伯与祝英台》《聂小倩》《铡美案》《画上的美人》。每一册大约5万字，全套大约50万字。
The excellent Chinese traditional culture is the cultural treasure of the Chinese nation and the spiritual home of the Chinese people. Reading classics and reading excellent Chinese cultural stories helps us inherit and carry forward the excellent Chinese cultural traditions, absorb the source of the national spirit, cultivate moral sentiments, and form good personalities. The "Homeland China·Classified Reading of Chinese Culture" set of books was planned and developed under this background, mainly used for the popularization of Chinese culture, with the color of "general education". It is mainly aimed at readers who have limited literacy of Chinese characters, especially children and teenagers. Readers can complete the reading of Chinese classics within their own literacy ability, so as to achieve the purpose of inheriting Chinese culture and enhancing cultural self-confidence. Each volume is about 50,000 words, and the complete set is about 500,000 words.
